Paul R. Hoerig, Heritage Bank Paul Hoerig is a Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Heritage Southeast Bancorporation, Inc. Mr. Hoerig was formerly a Senior Vice President and Regional Loan Administrator with BB&T, where his primary responsibility was decisioning credit requests for middle market and corporate clients in both Georgia and Alabama. Paul has over 20 years of commercial banking experience including senior management roles in credit approval, credit administration, and wholesale risk rating functions. He completed the Wake Forest Executive MBA Program in 2014. Paul lives in Alpharetta with his wife and two children. Treasurer

Kerry Borders, GLE Associates Kerry has been a member of RMA since 2012, and is the Director of Atlanta Operations for GLE Associates, Inc., an engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting firm. Ms. Borders has served as GLE’s Director of Atlanta Operations for 15 years, and has 25 years of experience in the environmental consulting services field. Kerry’s area of expertise includes a diverse background in due diligence and environmental risk. Kerry attended Florida State University and received her BA from Auburn University. In addition to the Atlanta RMA Chapter, Kerry is an active member of the Atlanta Post of the Society of American Military Engineers, and Environmental Bankers Association, and a part-time foster for Atlanta Adopt a Golden in her spare time. Lissette Rivera-Pauley, CRC, Key Bank Lissette Rivera-Pauley is a Senior Vice President and Regional Portfolio Manager at Key Bank. Mrs. Rivera-Pauley has over 20 years of experience in both Banking and Accounting and has worked in a variety of roles including Asset Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate, C&I and Financial Reporting. Most recently she spent 7 years at Bank of America as a SVP, Senior Credit Products Officer in the Commercial Real Estate Group; her prior positions have been held at Barnett Bank, Wachovia, SouthTrust, SunTrust, and EverBank. Mrs. Rivera-Pauley holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Florida, an MBA in Finance with dual concentrations in Finance and Operations Management from Rollins College, and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. Mrs. Rivera-Pauley has been actively involved in RMA for over 14 years and currently serves on the National RMA Accounting Committee. Additionally, she has served at the National Level; on the Members’ Council; on the Steering Committee; and was the Chair of the 2011 Chapter’s Leaders Conference held in Atlanta, GA. Additionally Mrs. Rivera-Pauley has served on the local chapter level as the Atlanta Chapter President 2009-2011 and 2014-2015. Ms. Rivera-Pauley is fluent in Spanish and is Credit Risk Certified. She lives in Mableton, GA with her husband and two boys. Chapter Past President
John Frierson, CRC, HSBC Bank USA NA John Frierson began his banking career with AmSouth Bank in 2000 as a Management Associate in Birmingham. In 2005, John made the move to a Synovus affiliate in northwest Florida, and in 2011, he was asked to help build the bank’s corporate banking group. Since his arrival, the bank has quadrupled the staff in the department and has built a portfolio of over $2Bn in commitments. John received a Masters in business administration from Emory University with a concentration in finance and management, where he was Beta Gamma Sigma inductee. John is an honors graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BBA in finance. John is an active member of the Association of Corporate Growth and the Risk Management Association. He has also served as a board member for various charities and fundraisers and is currently on the board for the Georgia Tennis Foundation. Directors at Large
